You can cancel Creator Cloud renewal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access available through the paid period.
Refund requests
If Creator Cloud did not work as described, contact contact@editmidi.com within 14 days of the charge. We review duplicate charges, service failures, and accidental renewals individually and follow any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Offline Pro and additional AI credit packs are not currently sold. The 60 monthly AI MIDI transformations included with Creator Cloud are covered by the subscription refund terms above.
